The Role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive alcohol and other drug (AoD) counselling and support services to individuals and families in need. This includes:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Providing individual, group and family counselling sessions focused on addiction recovery and relapse prevention
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to client care
  • Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our AoD services through feedback, research and innovation
