Your Role
You will work with our high-performing team as a Clinical Applications Specialist – General Imaging Ultrasound, New Zealand. Your clinical experience in General Imaging | Ultrasound and customer-centric approach will be highly valued. You will report to the Clinical Application Manager – General Imaging | Ultrasound and work with stakeholders and customers to drive the success of our Ultrasound business.

Your Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support throughout the entire life cycle of relationships with both new and existing customers, working in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on the Philips Ultrasound portfolio, including advanced imaging techniques.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and elevate patient care efficiency through effective training on the optimal use of our equipment once delivered / installed and handed over by Philips.
• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
• Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered, enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support the business with input on configurations, working with the Account Manager, Clinical Applications Manager and Clinical Modality Sales Specialist to provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.

Requirements
• Postgraduate studies in General Imaging | Ultrasound with at least 3 years in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department.
• Experience with advanced imaging technologies or imaging subspecialties is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
• Outstanding relationship building and communication skills with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
