Your Role
As an Advanced Services Engineer, you will provide post-sales support, guidance, and assistance to account teams to address specific customer needs. You will be working as a technology expert in Routing & Switching to design, implement, and support (troubleshoot) our deployments within customer infrastructures. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement network solutions for customers.
- Provide advanced post-sales engineering support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Assist with configuration build-outs and automation.
- Manage change controls and implement new designs.
- Conduct proof of concepts and testing.
- Translate complex business requirements into Leaf-Spine Network solutions.
