About the RoleEast Kent Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled Academic Instructor to join our team. As a Lecturer of Accounting, you will be responsible for teaching, training, and assessing students in a variety of learning environments. You will ensure a high-quality learning experience for our students, providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Teach and train students in Accounting subjects
* Assess student progress and provide feedback
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans

**Requirements:**
* Qualified to Level 4 AAT or equivalent
* Experience in teaching or delivering training in Accounting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to motivate learners to achieve and succeed
