  • Develop, write, and edit technical documentation using various tools and software.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and implement content strategies that align with product roadmaps and user needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
