Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to accurately identify, pick and sell the right vehicle parts for customers through our online systems. The successful candidate will promote the strengths and benefits of using genuine Toyota parts and accessories, ensuring stock organisation is up-to-date, tidy and accurate. They will also be responsible for customer follow-up calls and understanding the importance of our customer 'Pulse' feedback system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the team and our customers. A true customer-first mentality is essential, where every customer feels their experience with us is positive and welcoming. Superior organisation is also required, as well as confidence in using IT, including online platforms and picking up new systems easily.
