Care Coordinator

Provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Work closely with a team to implement our individual care plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for undertaking personal cares, responding quickly to resident requests, and maintaining and updating resident healthcare records.
