Supply Chain Development Manager

The Job and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Production Development Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating design and product development to meet deadlines, scheduling and executing tech packs, and preparing samples for factory submission. You will also communicate effectively with offshore manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth production processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design and product development to meet deadlines
- Schedule and execute tech packs and prepare samples for factory submission
- Communicate effectively with offshore manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors
- Support the follow-up and reporting on sampling and critical path status
- Manage internal and external quality control testing and checks
- Research and develop new notions, create purchase orders, and submit costing details
- At least 3 years' experience in fashion production or a supply chain role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite
- A keen eye for detail and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
