Job Description

The BI Specialist will work closely with the BI Leader to design and implement business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop reports, report definitions, graphs and portal interfaces.
  2. Work with business and development teams to design and document dashboards, alerts, and reports.
  3. Assist in the design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with BI solutions.
  4. Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.
  5. Resolve day-to-day issues and exceptions that occur with BI Scheduled Processes (e.g. systems failing to deliver data, badly formatted data).
