We're seeking a talented Brewing Development Technologist to join our NPD team and contribute to the development of new products that embody our values of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing brewing recipes from scratch in our pilot plant
  • Collaborating with marketing and brand teams to understand consumer insights and trends
  • Ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards through effective supplier management
  • Running trials, tastings, and first productions to deliver viable products

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in brewing, excellent problem-solving and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively across functions.

A CIBD Diploma or willingness to pursue one is highly desirable.
