The Role
This Senior Governance Operations Manager position plays a critical role in supporting the effective operation of our internal and external governance boards and committees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional governance support, including agenda preparation, scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.

Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with governance group members, particularly the Chair, to ensure seamless governance operations
  • Providing expert governance advice to ensure informed decision-making
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on governance activities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in governance support, preferably in a government agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
