Job Description

The post holder will provide leadership within the sphere of responsibility in the delivery of the Occupational Therapy Service. This includes ensuring compliance with senior occupational therapy staff against the outcomes of the Trust's quality dashboard, managing a caseload of service users, and completing standardized and non-standardized assessments.

  • To lead the team in developing and implementing innovative Occupational Therapy interventions.
  • To contribute to the development of underpinning knowledge and skills for direct care staff regarding meaningful service user therapeutic occupation.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate Occupational Therapy interventions.
