Maritime Equipment Operations Manager

As an Equipment Coordinator at Qube Holdings Pty LTD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo logistics and stevedoring services. You will be responsible for preparing, repairing, and maintaining all gear store equipment, as well as overseeing equipment inventory and conducting regular inspections.
You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and maintenance personnel to fulfill equipment needs and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to its success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Trade certificate as a minimum.
- Proven experience in equipment management, maintenance, or operations in the maritime or stevedoring industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and strength.
