About the Position:

The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to adolescents in a school-based setting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students seeking care from the School Based Health Center.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide consultation in-person or remotely with other care team members as appropriate regarding mental, behavioral or emotional disorders, and the provision of psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavior modification in support of the students plan of care.
  • Document all casework activities per school/department standards.
