About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to lead and drive architectural excellence for our digital domains, creating simple, flexible, secure, and sustainable solutions that drive our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the definition and delivery of architecture across several capability domains by engaging business stakeholders to define and realise their business ambitions through a shared view of their strategy, current state, evolutionary states, and roadmaps that support this.
* Provide direction to technical teams, vendor resources, and solution architects working within your domains to help achieve the roadmap associated with your areas of responsibility.
* Report to the head of architecture and work closely with your key counterparts in digital and business teams to ensure we are working on the right things at the right time.
* Help drive process improvement across the design and delivery lifecycle to further accelerate our team goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven success in providing solution architecture expertise for complex projects or large programmes.
* Experience in developing domain roadmaps and guiding the subsequent delivery activities.
* Experience in providing technical leadership and coaching within architecture and the wider digital team.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and creativity in pushing the boundaries of what is possible and delighting stakeholders.
