The Role
We are seeking experienced Laminators and/or Chopper Gun Operators to join our team in Takanini. The successful candidate will be responsible for laminating both Rayglass Legend and Protector model boats and their components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lamination Operations: Waxing and preparing molds, gelcoat application by Venus applicator or brush, and fibreglass application by Venus Chopper Gun or hand lamination.
- Sanding and Grinding: Ensuring a high-quality finish by sanding and grinding finished laminates.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a Fiberglass Laminator or Chopper Gun Operator. You should be physically fit, able to handle physical tasks involving lifting and holding materials, and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
