About the Role

We're seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JR United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general administration, including emails, filing, and data entry, as well as managing office supplies and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and presentable, supporting HR and finance with documentation and records, and liaising with clients to provide excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
