This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact every day. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and generating new leads for potential new customers. Some of your other responsibilities include:

  1. Managing existing customers to ensure they're receiving the maximum benefits from our payments and software.
  2. Generating new leads for potential new customers through proactive account management and sales efforts.
  3. Demonstrating the benefits of payments and software and the value-added service we are providing.
  4. Providing analysis and recommendations to your clients to improve their business practices.
  5. Providing training to new and existing clients via Teams and in person.
  6. Resigning existing clients once they come out of contract.
  7. Creating and analysing monthly reports - for use both internally and externally.
  8. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your customers.
  9. Working with the Growth Account Manager to identify candidates to migrate from Clubware to Xplor Gym by performing demos and deep dives.
  10. Understanding the customer's business to up-sell products and increase software MRR.
