As a SIRAS Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of Parliament members, staff, and visitors. This position involves leading the SIRAS Team, providing expert security advice and services to members attending events outside the Parliamentary Precinct.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Parliamentary Security initiatives and operational business plans.
  • Providing strategic direction and risk management advice to the Chief Security Officer.
  • Collaborating with the Security Leadership Group to define outcomes for Parliament's leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • TOP SECRET NATIONAL SECURITY CLEARANCE (NSC) IS REQUIRED.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in analysing and using intelligence to mitigate threats and risks.
