Factory Operations Manager

Additionally, you must be able to work a rotating roster, including both day and night shifts, and be willing to commit to a schedule that includes 5 days off after each rotation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including both day and night shifts
  • Must be able to work weekends and commit to a schedule that includes 5 days off after each rotation
  • Physical stamina to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts
