We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Professor, shaping the future of our educational and capacity-building initiatives.

**About the Role**

This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of the new Masters program in Geroscience and Precision Geromedicine. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to design, deliver, and evaluate curricula for undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing professional education.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing, delivering, and evaluating curricula for undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing professional education.
• Leading Academy activities, such as international conferences and workshops.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders about our educational activities and impacts.
• Mentoring junior faculty members and leading faculty development programs.
• Leading research activities of the Academy.

**Requirements**

We require a candidate with:

• A keen interest in the development of this emerging field.
• A PhD in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or a related field with relevant teaching experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding teaching performance and instructional quality at the undergraduate/graduate level.
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative curricula and educational programs.
• A proven track record of publications and presentations at international or national scientific conferences, particularly in medical and health professions education.

**Desirable Skills and Abilities**

We value candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team. A creative educator with inspiring skills for the next generation of leaders in healthcare is essential. Proficiency in educational software and technology is also required.
