**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Canadainternational.Gc - Jobboard. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of new recipes, instructing cooks, and supervising kitchen staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement new menu items that showcase Japanese cuisine
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail

**What We Offer**
