Disability Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Disability Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a variety of settings.
As a Disability Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to identify their needs and goals, and develop personalized care plans to help them achieve their aspirations. You will also provide emotional support, advocacy, and education to our clients and their families.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
