Key Responsibilities

  • Processing contract progress claims using complex spreadsheets
  • Preparing procurement documentation, including contractual documents
  • Uploading tender documentation onto the Council's tender portal
  • Collating all contract documents and additional correspondence for signing by the Council and the successful contractor
  • Publishing start work notices on the website and distributing to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in SAP, ideally in finance or procurement
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with Capital Delivery Projects and NZS 3190/3916 contracts
