The Role
We are seeking an experienced Whanau Navigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with whanau to develop and implement plans that promote family growth, development, and wellbeing. This includes:
- Providing support to whanau to integrate social and health services.
- Supporting whanau to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Building relationships with a wide range of people, including service providers, tutors, employers, whanau, and iwi.
- Assessing the needs of whanau and developing plans to meet those needs.
- Carrying out regular evaluations and reviews of plans to ensure they remain effective.
