Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to join our operations management team. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPERVISE AND DEVELOP TEAM MEMBERS: Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • BUSINESS OPERATIONS: Oversee daily business operations, including staff rostering, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP: Foster a positive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • MULTI-TASKING: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in managing multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.

Requirements and Qualifications
