Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.

  • Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Ensure accurate coding and data entry of accounts payable transactions
  • Manage payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers
  • Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Review and follow up PO report on aged open POs
  • Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
