We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in a changing and transformational environment. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience in driving success during periods of significant change.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams within Business Intelligence, Data, or Analytics disciplines. They will also have a track record of supporting and empowering teams, providing guidance, removing blockers, and enabling effective collaboration.

- Ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering team ownership and accountability

- Setting clear performance expectations, coaching team members, and managing performance with a focus on growth and respect
- Working with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define priorities, negotiate deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
