**Job Overview**
Health New Zealand | Bay of Plenty is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our Community-based Orthopaedic Triage Service. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments, developing management pathways, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments, incorporating evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
- Formulate diagnoses and develop targeted treatment plans, taking into account individual patient needs and goals.
- Engage with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote effective care coordination and communication.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Graduate degree in physiotherapy, with a focus on orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care.
- Strong background in te ao Māori, tikanga, and Maori health frameworks, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
