We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to handle workers' payroll with at least 2 Years of experience in HR. This role involves a 5-day work week from 9-6 pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll specifications for retail F&B customers.
- Handle queries from client employees and F&B managers regarding payroll matters.
- Maintain accurate records of client employees in the payroll system.
- Generate reports on staff attendance, overtime, and bonuses.
- Submit monthly approvals, CPF submissions, IR8A, and tax clearance on time.
Working Conditions:
- The company is located in the Queenstown area.
