About the Job Description:- The successful candidate will offer consultant services to individuals in need of specialist care, interacting daily with other departments and providing mentorship to junior medical staff assigned to the service.
- As part of the MHAS service, you will work in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community settings inclusive of crisis work, participating in an on-call 1:10 roster.
To be considered for this role, you must be a Psychiatrist who is vocationally registered or eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people from various backgrounds, focusing on achieving results and developing and maintaining good working relationships in the workplace.
