The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Casual Assistant Programme Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our children and families, while also contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
Your Key Tasks:
- Work collaboratively with our team to plan and deliver engaging programmes and activities
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and school staff through effective communication and liaison
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance programme delivery and outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives
- Previous experience in childcare, education, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
- Valid NZ work/student visa or NZ residency/citizenship
- 21 years or older (due to Social Security regulations)
