Job Description:

This part-time role is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Payroll Administrator, reporting directly to the Head of Group HR. As a member of our payroll duo, you will be responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be key to your success.

You will also assist with data management, process checks, and reporting, working closely with line managers and the HR team to ensure high standards of service are met. Additionally, you will support the HR team with expertise on the Holidays Act and its application. Flexibility is required to adapt to changing pay dates and end-of-month activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end pay processing in PayGlobal software
  • Solid knowledge of legislation relating to payroll (particularly the Holidays Act)
  • Familiarity with individual and collective agreements
  • NZPPA certification and MS Word & Excel skills
