To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in Emergency Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least three years of experience in leading, supporting, coaching, recruiting, and training volunteers.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an emergency management context, including disaster readiness, resilience, response, or recovery.
