As a Audit and Analysis Coordinator, you will work closely with the Dual Compliance Operations team to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of audits and analysis.

You will draw on your previous experience working in auditing, procurement, and coordination environments. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  1. Experience using SAP for invoicing, purchase orders, account queries, rosters, and payroll.
  2. Competency with CRM case management.
  3. Experience in a people-driven and customer-centric business with a strong focus on safety and learning and development.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal relationship and influencing skills.
  6. A strong understanding of an operational environment for a large 24/7 facing and geographically dispersed workforce.
  7. A relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
