About the Role
The Technical Deployment Expert will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth deployment of HSI Donesafe solutions to our customers. This involves conducting onboarding sessions, conducting workshops to gather customer requirements, and completing technical design documentation and configuration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure customers receive the necessary guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HSI Donesafe solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Design and implement technical documentation and configurations to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize HSI Donesafe solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in technical configuration, implementation, and deployment of complex software solutions.
