Job Description

This role is responsible for operating the Batch Plant to ensure high-quality shotcrete and concrete production. You will maintain the plant to a high standard through housekeeping and monitoring, operate the Batch Plant according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct regular QAQC testing to achieve required concrete strength and integrity.

You will also monitor stock levels, maintain batch plant materials, communicate with purchasing and logistics, and inspect the work area, plant, and equipment for hazards and defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Competent at operating Agi truck, IT, and Loader
  • Full and Current Driver Licence; ability to drive manual vehicles is essential
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in underground operations
