We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to drive innovation, ensure robust IT operations, and contribute to our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term IT infrastructure improvement plans.
- Lead technical projects using change management and project management methodologies.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement of IT tools and services.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Requirements
- IT tertiary qualification (Level 7 or higher) in IT or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role with a proven track record.
- Strong commercial management and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network operations.
- Ability to build and maintain positive work relationships.
- Proficiency in NZ Sign Language (or a commitment to learn).
