Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean principles to drive efficiencies and minimize waste across all warehouse processes.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and development opportunities for warehouse personnel, preparing team members for future growth and internal mobility.
  • Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Customer Service) to maintain smooth workflows and meet service standards.

About You

  • 5 years experience in a relevant warehouse or distribution management role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Meticulous approach to managing inventory, processes, and quality control.
  • Solid understanding and aptitude for Lean principles and a commitment to continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Lean methodologies like 5S and Kanban, and strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop a team, while maintaining productivity and achieving business goals.
