Technical Innovation Manager

We aim to consistently deliver high-quality beverages across our markets. The Technical Innovation Manager will drive technical, process, and quality excellence through leadership and expert guidance.

The Role
  • Develop and maintain technical standards for analysis, microbiology, and beverage processing
  • Foster collaboration with equipment suppliers and customers to ensure our standards are met
  • Work closely with site quality specialists to create and implement training programs and enhance team capabilities
  • Assist the supply chain in resolving complex beverage issues
  • Establish and manage a team of sensory experts across our network
  • Promote and support improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
  • Experience in managing a manufacturing line or batching operation would be advantageous
  • Detailed knowledge of analytical chemistry principles in a strictly regulated sector, such as beverages, food, or pharmaceuticals
  • A relevant university degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
  • A relentless focus on improving processes to achieve industry best practices
  • Ability to inspire and develop teams to enhance technical competence
  • Proven track record of project management, including change management
  • Able to identify problems and suggest effective solutions
