We have the largest tower portfolio in New Zealand, covering over 2,400 towers.

Future-Proofing our Network

Kiwis' mobile data use has increased dramatically in recent years, and demand for mobile services continues to grow. We aim to ensure Aotearoa keeps up with this growth by building an additional 800 towers.

Your Role in Our Success

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and interpreting specifications, drawings, and regulations for passive infrastructure builds
  • Producing 'bills of materials' based on design requirements and forecasting future needs
  • Developing concept designs, planning progress, and providing technical input into project delivery
  • Collaborating with property, engineering, and delivery colleagues to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Liaising and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely build completion
  • Managing sub-contracting partners to improve delivery and business flexibility
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Past experience in passive infrastructure builds or telecommunications engineering
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fantastic communication skills in all formats
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • A recognition and appreciation of diversity in the workplace
