Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with SLA, AEP audit standards, and legislation.
  • Support case managers in the implementation and delivery of services to meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate appropriate cover and entitlement services to provide timely and cost-effective solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in claims management or equivalent experience in a relevant health discipline or administration.
  • Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practice.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
