About the Role

You will:

  • Develop forward-looking analytics and data engineering capabilities to support our business goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather business requirements, define analytics objectives, and design data pipelines and models.
  • Become a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on data strategy and implementation.
  • Take ownership of key sections of the Enterprise Dimensional Model solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Maintain architecture and systems documentation following team standards, ensuring clarity and consistency.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding technological advancements within your team.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and decentralized analytics frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing data modeling in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proficiency in working with large-scale data warehouses and lakes, preferably in the cloud.
  • Expertise in building data pipelines using integration tools, languages, and automation, ideally in AWS.
  • Ability to create project plans with clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience achieving consensus across technical and business teams.
