Job DescriptionWe require a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our before and after school care programs. As an Out of School Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities and building strong relationships with families. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work flexibly will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality out-of-school care programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families through effective communication and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child well-being and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current full driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A current first aid certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience working with children and families in a similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and cope with pressure.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for working with children and families.
