About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical interventions to individuals affected by drugs and alcohol.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team to provide specialist clinical interventions to people who use our services.
  • Develop and deliver clinical, health, and wellbeing interventions that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards.
  • Provide clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to service development, ensuring that all who use our services receive consistent high-quality interventions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual with excellent clinical skills and leadership abilities. You will be a good listener, a clinically robust practitioner, and have a flexible approach to working with diverse client groups.
