Job Description: Ambulance Communications Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulance Communications Operator to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling emergency calls, prioritizing responses, and ensuring the efficient dispatch of medical resources.

Your duties will include:

  • Triage and response to emergency calls using scripted systems.
  • Effective communication with callers, remaining calm and composed in high-stress situations.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping within our ProQA system.
  • Continuous learning and improvement of your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of the role.

You will be required to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and be available to start on June 9th, 2025.
