Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Kaiako/Centre Manager to lead our centre. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of educators, implementing centre policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement centre policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality education and care for children.
  3. Develop and implement programmes that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory authorities.

Requirements

New Zealand ECE teaching qualification and current Teaching Council certification.
