Role Description

This Mental Health Therapist position requires working in an in-home setting, providing clinical services to children and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing treatment plans, providing intensive family therapy, and coordinating care with other providers.

You will work closely with families to identify community resources and develop supports for youth and parent/guardian. Additionally, you will collaborate with other providers, including outpatient therapists, primary care physicians, schools, inpatient hospitals, etc.

Key Requirements
  • Masters Degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling, or PsyD/PhD.
  • Degree must be eligible for LMHC or LICSW.
  • At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with standardized documentation processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and providers.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.
