The Head of Product Engineering Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the continued success of our product by leading a team of experienced software reliability engineers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day deliverables of a dedicated product SRE team
  • Building long-term relationships with product engineering teams to ensure system reliability
  • Championing observability best practices to detect impactful events quickly
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement to reduce issue impact
  • Providing ongoing training across the business to ensure reliability requirements are well understood
  • Creating a team of empowered engineers who continuously raise the bar of quality in deliverables and outcomes
