Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced President and Chief Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission and achieving our goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in nonprofit leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting equity and social justice.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the foundation's mission
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, grantees, and community leaders
  • Manage grants and external partnerships to promote equity-focused initiatives
